Shipping Fees

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
